Launched in India are the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G and Realme 10 Pro 5G, both with 120Hz displays and a 5,000mAh battery: The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G and Realme 10 Pro 5G were unveiled in India on December 8 and come equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoCs, respectively. Smartphones with 5G support have displays with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, 16-megapixel selfie cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery. The Dynamic RAM expansion feature of the 10 Pro+ 5G and Realme 10 Pro 5G makes use of free storage as virtual memory. The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G has a curved display and a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC, whereas the Pro model has a Snapdragon 695 5G SoC. Last month, both smartphones made their debut in China.

The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G starts at Rs. 24,999 for the model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The model with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM costs Rs. 25,999, and the model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage costs Rs. 27,999.

The Realme 10 Pro 5G, on the other hand, costs Rs. 18,999 for the base model with 128GB storage and 6GB RAM. The variant with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM costs Rs. 19,999.

The Realme smartphones will be available for purchase on Flipkart, Realme.com, and major retail outlets in the colors Dark Matter, Hyperspace, and Nebula Blue. On December 14, the 10 Pro+ 5G will go on sale, and on December 16, the Realme 10 Pro 5G will be available.

You may recall that in November, the 10 Pro 5G series was introduced to the company’s domestic market. The10 Pro+ costs CNY 1,699, or about Rs. 19,500) for the base 8GB + 128GB capacity model in China, while the 10 Expert costs CNY 1,599 (generally Rs. 18,500) for the base model with 8GB and 256GB of storage.

The dual-SIM (Nano-SIM) Realme 10 Pro+ 5G runs realme UI 4.0, which is based on Android 13, and has a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display that can be dimmed at 2,160Hz PWM. The display supports HDR10+, has a screen-to-body ratio of 93.65 percent, a peak brightness of 950 nits, and a contrast ratio of 5000000:1. The display claims to be flicker-free, according to TUV Rheinland. An octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1080 5G SoC, a Mali G68 GPU, and up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM power the smartphone. It also has a Dynamic RAM expansion feature that lets you use free storage to increase the amount of memory available up to 16GB to boost performance.

The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G has three rear cameras, the primary of which is a 108-megapixel Samsung HM6 camera for optics. A 4cm macro sensor and an ultra-wide angle sensor with 8 megapixels each make up the camera unit. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video chats.

Storage capacity is up to 256 GB using UFS 2.2. The Realme 10 Pro+ 5G supports dual-band Wi-Fi and has a fingerprint sensor built into the display for authentication.

With 67W SuperVOOC charging support, the smartphone’s 5,000mAh battery is said to be capable of charging the Realme 10 Pro+ up to 100 percent in 47 minutes. In addition, the charging technology asserts that it can boost the battery’s capacity from 0% to 50% in just 17 minutes. It has a thickness of 7.78 millimeters and a weight of 173 grams. Dual stereo speakers with Hi-Res audio are included in the handset, which features Tactile Engine 2.0.

The Realme 10 Pro 5G has the same SIM and software as the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G. It has a 6.72-inch full-HD+ LCD display with 1,080 x 2,400 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and a 93.76 percent screen-to-body ratio. The display has side bezels that are 1 millimeter thick, a pixel density of 391 pixels per inch, and TUV Rheinland certification for low blue light emission. It is equipped with an Adreno A619 GPU, 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and a 6nm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC. The Slam can be extended up to 16GB with unused capacity.

A 108-megapixel Samsung HM6 primary camera and a 2-megapixel portrait camera make up this phone’s dual rear camera setup. The Realme 10 Pro 5G has the same 16-megapixel sensor on the front.

The Realme 10 Pro 5G has up to 128GB of onboard UFS 2.2 storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 1TB). Additionally, it includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The phone has a 5,000mAh battery and 33W SuperVOOC fast charging, which is said to charge it up to 50% in just 20 minutes. The Realme 10 Pro 5G’s Hyperspace color variant is 163.7×74.2×8.3mm and weighs 192 grams, while the Dark Matter and Nebula Blue color variants are 190 grams and 163.7×74.2×8.1mm, respectively.
